1- ARE WE ALLOWED TO SAIL THE BOAT OURSELVES?

Azul comes with her own captain, but if you're itching to take the wheel, just ask him.

2- WILL THERE BE OTHER GUESTS ON BOARD?

No — all of our charters are completely private, ensuring you enjoy the full comfort and exclusivity of the boat with just your group.

3- CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS ON BOARD?

Yes you can bring your own.

4- CAN WE PLAY OUR OWN MUSIC ON BOARD?

Yes you can play your own playlist aboard a Bluetooth speaker is available

5- DO YOU HAVE LIFEJACKETS?

Yes we have lifejackets for adults and kids. Your captain will show you where they are and how they work at the start of your trip. We’ve got jackets for little ones too, but if you’re bringing a toddler or baby, it’s best to bring your own so it fits them perfectly.

6- DO YOU PROVIDE SEASICKNESS TABLETS

We’re not allowed to supply tablets but no worries — seasickness tablets are easy to find at any pharmacy and taking it prior to your charter.

7- IS THERE A TOILET ON THE BOAT?

Yes, our boat is equipped with toilet and shower facilities for your comfort and convenience.

8- HOW MANY GUESTS CAN THE BOAT ACCOMODATE? CAN WE ADD MORE PEOPLE AFTER BOOKING?

Absolutely — as long as the total number of guests stays within the boat’s maximum capacity = 10 guests, you’re welcome to add more after confirming.

For groups larger than 8, an additional charge applies and will be clearly communicated in advance.

9- CAN WE EXTEND OUR TRIP WHILE ONBOARD?

Yes, if the schedule allows, you’re welcome to extend your charter while onboard. Additional time is charged by the hour, and your captain will confirm availability and pricing on the day.

10- WHEN DO WE MEET THE DAY OF THE CHARTER?

We kindly ask you to arrive at the boat 15 minutes before your charter. During this time, we’ll ask you to sign a brief contract, settle any outstanding payment if needed, and prepare for boarding.

11- WHAT DO WE NEED TO TAKE WITH US?

We recommend bringing a light jumper or sweater in case of wind and once the sun goes down.

Don't forget the essentials: sunscreen, and swimwear!

12- CAN WE BRING PETS ON BOARD?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that you leave pets at home, as animals are not permitted on board.

13- HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

You can make a reseration by phone, email, Instagram or facebook or by direct booking on the site – the moment the 30% deposit is payed the booking is secured.

14- MAXIMUM PEOPLE ABOARD

Please note that the total number of adults and children may not exceed 8 people. If there will be more than 8 guests, please send your request with the total number of guests to info@azullifestyle.com or contact us +34 697 385 014 or +34 601 907 754 before you make any booking.

15- HOW DO WE MAKE PAYMENT

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit, which can be paid through the website. The remaining 50% can be paid in advance by bank transfer, PayPal, or in cash on the day of the charter before setting sail.

16- WHAT HAPPENS IF WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE BAD AND WE CAN NOT GET OUT ON SEA?

Although this is exceptional in summer, we try to reschedule for another day of your holiday – safety first! , if rescheduling is not possible we will refund your deposit. Weather forecasts become most reliable within 48 hours of your charter. Should conditions indicate rough seas or unfavorable weather, we will contact you in advance to discuss the situation and, if necessary, arrange an alternative date to ensure your comfort and safey.

17- ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL OR EXTRA CHARGES?                                                                                         

Not at all — everything is included, even fuel. The price you see is exactly what you get. No surprises, just a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.

 

CANCELATION POLICY

More than 48 hours' notice: No cancellation charges apply.

Between 48 and 24 hours before departure: 30% of the boat trip charter cost will be charged.

Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the boat trip price will be charged. 

If we need to cancel due to sea conditions or mechanical issues, we will offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible. While we do our best to find an alternative date that works for you, availability can sometimes be limited.

Please note that accurate weather conditions become more reliable within 48 hours of your charter. If we have any concerns, we will contact you in advance.
